Passenger Services

Our Passenger Transport Service has vast experience in providing flexible transport solutions for individuals and organisations. We specialise in the provision of safe and accessible transport in addition to luxury coach hire for local and national trips, courier services, home-meal delivery service and DCPC training. We currently safely transport over 5,000 clients per week to various locations. The journeys include, home-to-school, educational trips, day centres, weddings and recreational day trips.

Our trained and competent drivers and escorts are able to easily adapt to all situations as they have the specialist skills required to support adults and children with special and complex medical needs. All drivers hold a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and both our drivers and escorts are first-aid trained. Our staff are routinely checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

We value our staff as they are the key to our success. Our team of experienced drivers and passenger assistants are passionate about their work and take enormous pride in what they do; it is this which sets us apart.

We have a comprehensive training programme in place to ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers – as an organisation we have gained DSA DCPC accreditation.

We are proud of our record of staff retention and loyalty. Many of our staff have been employed with us for more than 10 years.

Our passenger assistants are trained on the individual needs of our clients, undertaking regular training to keep them abreast of legislation and best practices. All our drivers hold a Certification of Professional Competence (CPC) and are qualified first-aiders.
