Passenger Services

Our Passenger Transport Service has vast experience in providing flexible transport solutions for individuals and organisations. We specialise in the provision of safe and accessible transport in addition to courier services. We currently safely complete over 6,000 trips per week to various locations. These journeys include, SEND, home-to-school, educational trips, adult day centres and recreational day trips.

We pride ourselves on being a responsive service with the proven ability to adapt to changing client requirements within a short timeframe.

We value our staff as they are the key to our success. Our team of experienced drivers and passenger assistants are passionate about their work and take enormous pride in what they do; it is this which sets us apart.

Our staff undertake comprehensive training which means they acquire the specialist skills required to support adults and children with special and complex medical needs.

All drivers hold a Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) and both our drivers and passenger assistants are thoroughly checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

We are proud of our record of staff retention and loyalty. Many of our staff have been employed with us for more than 10 years and live within the local community.
